How to ask

1. Email hello@khzenti.app from the email address on your account, with the subject "Delete my account".
2. We check that the account is yours. If you cannot send from that address, for example because you signed in with an Apple relay address, tell us and we will find another way to confirm it.
3. We delete the account within 30 days and email you when it is done.

What gets deleted

• Every image: your closet, your body photo and everything made from it, your avatar and its selfies, your renders, your scans, your fit pics and your posts.
• Every record about you in our database, and then your sign-in itself.
• Your posts, from every friend's feed.

What we keep

• A one-way scrambled form of your email, to stop free-render abuse. It cannot be turned back into your address.
• If you ever paid: the payment record for our accounts, with nothing linking it to your account.
• Database backups and diagnostic logs, until they age out.
• Copies held by the services we use, which delete on their own schedules.

كيف تطلب ذلك

1. أرسل رسالة إلى hello@khzenti.app من البريد الإلكتروني المسجّل في حسابك، بعنوان «حذف حسابي».
2. نتأكد من أن الحساب لك. وإن لم تستطع الإرسال من ذلك العنوان، مثلًا إن سجّلت الدخول بعنوان ترحيل من Apple، فأخبرنا ونجد طريقة أخرى للتأكد.
3. نحذف الحساب خلال ٣٠ يومًا ونراسلك عند الانتهاء.

ما يُحذف

• كل صورة: خزانتك، صورة جسمك وكل ما اشتُق منها، أفاتارك وصور السيلفي، صور القياس، عمليات المسح، صور الإطلالة، ومنشوراتك.
• كل سجل عنك في قاعدة بياناتنا، ثم تسجيل دخولك نفسه.
• منشوراتك، من مجرى كل صديق.

ما نحتفظ به

• صيغة مشفّرة باتجاه واحد من بريدك الإلكتروني، لمنع إساءة استخدام التجارب المجانية. ولا يمكن إرجاعها إلى عنوان بريدك.
• إن كنت قد دفعت: سجل الدفعة لحساباتنا، دون أي رابط بحسابك.
• نسخ قاعدة البيانات الاحتياطية وسجلات التشخيص، حتى تزول.
• نسخ تحفظها الخدمات التي نستخدمها، وتُحذف وفق جداولها.
